Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Lotus Inner Circle is on a month-to-month basis. There is only the obligation to notify us 30days in advance.
What happens once I join the Inner Circle?
Our Guest Care team coordinates the introduction of new Inner Circle Guests to Lotus Day Spa & Salon. For new Guests, Lotus offers complimentary Consultations in all areas of our spa & salon, to introduce Guests to our amenities and our team.

Will you limit membership in the Inner Circle to ensure that it is not too crowded?
Lotus will provide Guests with an experience that leaves them feeling good and getting more compliments, and will limit club membership as needed.
Is my membership transferable?
Inner Circle is not transferrable
What happens to my existing series or packages?
These remain as they are and are not affected. Use them as you please.
New Inner Circle Guests have two weeks from their join date to receive a full refund on their signup fee. After this two-week period, initiation fees are not refundable.
How do I freeze my Inner Circle?
If you will be away from the Yuma Area for three months or more, or are unable to use the Spa & Salon because of prolonged illness or injury, you can freeze your Inner Circle. You must complete a Leave of Absence Request Form and accompany your request with a payment of $10 per month that you’ll be away. If you do not freeze your Inner Circle, your spot may be taken by another Guest on the waiting list.

If your spouse or your children want to enjoy the benefits of the Spa & Salon, and receive the same Inner Circle benefits as you, they can sign up for $75 each per month. Your family members must reside at the same address as you, in order to qualify.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You may cancel your Inner Circle with a 30-day advance written notice to Lotus Day Spa & Salon. There are no commitments longer than one month. There are no refunds for unused Inner Circle Hours, and they do not carry forward to the following month if unused.
Payments are automatically billed to your credit or debit card, or through EFT on today’s date each month.
How do I know the Inner Circle is right for me?
Ask yourself these questions:
1.Do I get more than 1 beauty/wellness treatment per month? (Whether it’s at Lotus or not)
2.Could I benefit from other services than I’m currently getting? Do you need regular massages, facials, waxing, haircuts, color, pedicures?
3.Do you want a guaranteed 20% discount on all of their services?
